Twinkly Tots Subscription Box - October Halloween

So today I have recieved my first even subscription box from Twinkly Tots which is an Australian Subscription box that's target market is for Mum's and kids!!
As you may be aware I am a step-mother so I have been interested in discovering new brands to help with our family and stuff that works for the kids!
Unfortunately the kids were at their Mum's when I received this box so I'll have to show them when they are home!

Since it's the halloween box, I got a witches hat! I have forgotten to take a photo of this but I am happy I did as I want to post a photo of Trin wearing it for you guys when she is back from Mum's! Now onto the products!!

This is all that I got in my box. It isn't much but for what the cost would of been to buy it all myself, I'm glad I subscribed. Children are expensive!

First off I got a Jack N' Jill Natural Toothpaste! It is naturally flavoured with Blueberry! It is anatural, hypoallergenic, sls free, no fluoride, no preservatives and no added colour.. Best bit about it,it doesn't   matter if they swallow it! Which is great for Xander as he wont spit.. He is a typical boy haha.

Next I got a present for myself, which is the Pure Fiji Facial Solutions Sampler kit!
It comes with a cleanser, toner, exfoliating scrub, hydrating masque, serum, day crème and lip balm. I am very interested in trying this! I have already tried the lip balm and it is good :)

Next is a skateboard silicone teether that is BPA Free, from jellystone. I had no use for this as we have no teething kiddies, so I passed this onto one of my pregnant friends and she thought it was pretty cool :)

Next is the Smash Fantasy Feet Snack cup! I love this and have kept this for the nappy bag! Mainly for Xander who has a habit of dropping snack cups on the floor in the car! It has a lid and underneath is a silicone cover with slits so little hands can git in it, and if it's dropped in the car or on the floor, food wont fall out!

Last but not least is the rafferty'sgarden yoghurt buttons. I gave these to my pregnant friend as well, they are good for snacks on the go although Xander wasn't a huge fan of this and they are a bit out of Trin's age range.

That is all for my Twinkly Tots Box.
Happy parenting!

Maybelline 8-in-1 BB Cream xx

So today in the mail I received my samples of the Maybelline 8-in-1 BB Cream. I got this product recommended to me by another blogger for Oily Skin BB Creams. So when I saw this on Facebook...

I though meh I will register and hope my samples come and well they did :)

I've had a bit of a play with it so far. All my samples are in Medium-Light which is a bit too dark for me. It's actually close to my summer-time colour, and I'm still pretty tan skinned throughout the whole year.

In this swatch I had rubbed it in a bit on the bottom and it's got a bit too dark of a yellow undertone for me personally. I don't think this would be suitable for oily skin as it has way to much of a shine to it in the sun... And it does feel very greasy. I am still considering purchasing a full size and testing it over summer, but if I feel it's greasy already it may be a bit of a miss otherwise I will be touching up with a translucent powder throughout the day which I have already touched up once over this past two hours...

What are your thoughts on this, especially if you have oily skin? I would love to know so I can make up my mind whether or not to purchase the full size or stick with my Garnier!! :)
